Benefits in Scotland
This is a hub of benefits that apply if you live in Scotland. It is not a duplicate of each benefit page. Where a devolved payment replaces a reserved one, both are listed so you can open the one that matches where you live.
Scotland has Social Security Scotland payments that replace several DWP extra-cost benefits for people who live there: Adult Disability Payment instead of PIP, Pension Age Disability Payment instead of Attendance Allowance, Carer Support Payment instead of Carer’s Allowance, Child Disability Payment instead of DLA for children, plus Scottish Child Payment, Best Start Grant, Best Start Foods and Winter Heating Payment. Universal Credit, Child Benefit and Pension Credit remain UK-wide.
These are not language variants of the same page. There is no hreflang between nations — the benefit set is genuinely different.
